Consider that love is a power of expansiveness, much like joy is. With these expansive states, we open to higher potentials permeating the moment, thereby elevating reality to a higher octave of expression.
What do you love? Do you spend time immersing in what you love? Do you fill yourself with appreciation for what you love? What we appreciate causes it to thrive, and when we are lavish and persistent with our appreciation of what we love, our life will soon move to new levels of graceful unfolding. Just take a moment right now to acknowledge all that you love, and be in appreciation of it all for the next 2 minutes.
When you cultivate love as a state of being such that your whole life is continually held by your loving presence, you open all aspects of your life to being elevated at any moment. Such a state invites the miraculous.
Scrutinize where you put your focus…do you watch the news or hang out on social media…do you watch action-packed or violent movies? You are then allowing all manner of noise, fear, opinions from the lowest common denominator,and mind control to enter into you in subliminal ways. Consider that your power to manifest a reality of YOUR choice comes from your ability to tap into your UNIQUE perspective–if it is not unique, it is not divinely inspired and cannot create anything lasting. What you create from the collective programs is illusion and will have to be dissolved in order to enter into the new. There is no leeway anymore….we need to create the new from our realness. At this stage of evolution, when we create illusion it will quickly be destructured, as the gap of cause and effect is narrowing.
You may wish to spend the coming week cultivating the state of love by focusing exclusively on what you truly love…what ignites your passion, and inspires your devotion. Just spending 5 minutes each morning before starting your day can shift you into a completely new level of gentle presence and openness to life. Love brings out the best in us…we become open, inclusive, understanding, sensitive, compassionate, and we see the best in others, which brings out the best in them. We become enlivened, hopeful, and happy to be alive.
Five minutes of appreciating all that you love before going to sleep will elevate your dream time, such that it will fill with hopeful potentials, and the two 5-minute practices will start to weave day and night into an invisible moebius of inner and outer experience, causing newness in your life from a hopeful perspective.
Love is the animating force of the universe, and so as a loving presence you become an animating force, and thereby attract all support from the universe. This is the magical power of the true Inner Child (IC). The IC loves the game of life where there are endless things to explore and play with from the intimacy of an open heart. Living from an activated IC heals the heart and opens us to empathic connection with all beings.
Imagine now that you focus only on that which you love…you say yes only to what inspires…and follow an impulse to spontaneous acts of kindness and easy praise of those around you. Soon you will love everything in your life, and your IC will weave dreams into place with all the elements you have attracted and empowered in your life. And as the dreams of the IC have the power to dissolve limiting beliefs and boundaries, you will find what you love expands until you encompass All That Is. We are called to establish absolute oneness in order to awaken from the dream of separation, and it starts by focusing on what we love and appreciating it deeply.
This week’s session will focus on opening to love and clearing subliminal interference. We will be doing Belvaspata and using other alchemical tools designed for this. For your part, we recommend that you be in a quite meditative state for at least an hour. Living from a deliberately cultivated state of love will cause you to become impervious to the distorted frequencies in your environment, should they be present.
General Process for the Remote Session
Plan on a full hour of uninterrupted time, where you can enter into meditation.
1) If you have Fragrance Alchemy
- Do the 3 centers FA Protocol:
- Blend of the Gods and Flower of Saffron on the Crown point (top of head)
- Rose and Henna Flower on the Heart center
- Lion of Judah 2 inches below the navel
Apply Song of High Heart to the thymus area, Lotus oil 2 inches above the navel, and Rose oil between the eyebrows.
If you wish also apply Rose oil to Ht-7 for the Heart meridian, and Lotus oil to the 13 main joints to create a powerful field of golden light around the body.
2) Choose a music elixir and align the 3 centers. Here is a link to a brief version: 3 centers All is Well.MP3
Have the EHS power sigil printed so you can look at it, and intend it to activate in Head, Heart, and Gut centers. (If you have our personal EHS activated, then use that). Next, imagine the EHS expanding out as a cocoon of healing light/frequencies around you. The EHS acts as an ‘enfolding embrace’ for all the transmission accumulated over the course of our work.

4) Play a music elixir (the Poetry of Dreaming elixir is always a good choice; available on the General Resource page). Now for the meditation, focus on what you love… go deeply into this finding all the little and big things, and be in appreciation of it all. Add in all that you admire in the world, and be in appreciative beholding. Take note of what inspires you in life, and see how much time you devote to that…. see how you might create much more space for what you love, admire and find inspirational.
5) At the end of your meditation, acknowledge and be grateful for all support, and flow your appreciation through head, heart, and gut and feel it raying out to your all areas of your life. Know that you are creating a powerful field of intention around you, to be immersed only in that which you love.
Materials for the Week
The focus for the week:
Spend 5 minutes in the morning and 5 before sleep, focusing on all that you love and being in appreciation of it. Sleep on the wheels given for the meditation if you wish.
Take pauses daily this week, to focus on what you love and appreciate it. Notice how profoundly it shifts you. (You may wish to have an alarm set all week for times you will commit to taking a quick ‘love break’.)
When you notice irritation or impatience, stop everything and find what you can love about the situation or the person, so that you are actively cultivating as state and attitude of love. If you do this several times, the mind will keep focusing on it of its own. This is one way to train the mind to support your higher goals.
